Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 10-day free trial with full access to all features. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before day 10, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings inside the app. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made. You will retain full access to 24/7 Fit until the end of your current billing period.
No Partial-Month Refunds
We do not issue refunds for unused days within a billing period. Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
Exceptional Circumstances
We will consider refund requests made in good faith where a genuine technical failure on our part prevented you from accessing the Service. Please contact us at liam@the247fit.app within 7 days of the issue, and we will review your request.
