Refund Policy

This page explains how refund requests work for App Store and legacy web subscriptions.

1

Overview

24/7 Fit is primarily sold as an iOS subscription through the App Store. Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased and the policies of the billing provider.

2

App Store purchases

Apple controls App Store payments and refunds. If you subscribed through Apple, request a refund through Apple Report a Problem or your Apple account purchase history. Apple decides whether a refund is granted.

3

Legacy web subscriptions

Some older web subscriptions may continue through Stripe during our transition to an iOS-first product. For a Stripe billing issue, email us with your account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.

4

When we review refund requests

  • Duplicate charges, accidental web purchases, or entitlement problems caused by our systems.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to paid features after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Requests submitted with enough account and billing detail for us to verify the charge.
5

Usually non-refundable

  • Unused time after cancellation, unless the billing provider or applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated fitness recommendations after the service has been used.
  • Charges controlled by Apple, because those must be handled directly through Apple.
