- Use your account emailIf your request is about your account, subscription, progress, or data, email us from the address linked to your 24/7 Fit account where possible.
- Include the detailsTell us what happened, which device you are using, and any screenshots or error messages that help us understand the issue.

We can help with login issues, onboarding problems, profile updates, plan access, and account deletion requests.
Subscriptions and refunds
24/7 Fit is primarily offered as an iOS subscription through the App Store. Apple manages App Store billing, subscription cancellation, and refund decisions.
- Cancel a subscriptionManage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings.
- Request a refundFor App Store purchases, request a refund through Apple Report a Problem. For legacy web billing questions, email support and include the charge date and purchase platform.
Plan and coach issues
If your plan does not generate, your workout schedule looks wrong, or the AI coach gives an unexpected response, send us the details so we can investigate.
- Include your goal, training days, any injuries or limitations, and where in the app the issue appeared.
- Do not use the AI coach for emergencies or medical diagnosis. If something feels unsafe, stop training and speak with a qualified professional.

For data access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion requests, email liam@the247fit.app. We may need to verify your identity before acting on sensitive account requests.
