Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 24/7 Fit service (“Service”) provided by 24/7 Fit (“we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About 24/7 Fit

24/7 Fit is an AI-powered fitness coaching web application available at app.the247fit.app. The Service provides personalised training plans, daily workouts, and an AI coaching assistant designed to adapt to your goals, fitness level, and availability. 24/7 Fit is operated by a UK-registered entity and serves a global user base.

2. Subscription & Pricing

Access to 24/7 Fit requires a paid monthly subscription after the completion of your free trial.

  • •Price: $19.99 per month, billed monthly in US dollars.
  • •Billing cycle: Your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month unless cancelled.
  • •Payment: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
  • •Currency: All charges are denominated in USD. Your bank may apply foreign exchange fees depending on your account currency.

3. Free Trial Terms

New users receive a 10-day free trial with full access to all features of the Service.

  • •Trial access: You will have full, unrestricted access to all features of 24/7 Fit during your 10-day trial period.
  • •Card required: A valid payment method is required at sign-up to begin your trial. You will not be charged until your trial ends.
  • •Automatic conversion: If you do not cancel before day 10, your trial will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at $19.99/month and your payment method will be charged.
  • •One trial per user: The free trial is available once per user. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is not permitted.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • •How to cancel: Go to Settings within the app and follow the cancellation steps. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
  • •During the trial: Cancel any time before day 10 and you will not be charged.
  • •During a paid period: If you cancel during an active billing period, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of that billing period. No further charges will be made.
  • •Reactivation: You may reactivate your subscription at any time. A new billing cycle will begin on the date of reactivation.

5. Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • •No partial-month refunds: We do not issue refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of that period.
  • •Trial cancellations: No charge is made if you cancel before your trial converts. There is nothing to refund.
  • •Exceptional circumstances: We will consider refund requests made in good faith for genuine technical failures that prevented you from using the Service. Contact us at liam@the247fit.app within 7 days of the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 24/7 Fit only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

  • •Use the Service for commercial redistribution, resale, or to build competing products.
  • •Share your account credentials with others.
  • •Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Service.
  • •Submit false or misleading information during onboarding.
  • •Use the Service in any way that could harm 24/7 Fit, its infrastructure, or other users.

7. AI & Medical Disclaimer

AI coaching is not a substitute for medical advice. The workout plans, coaching responses, and fitness guidance provided by 24/7 Fit are generated by an AI model and are intended for general informational and motivational purposes only. Consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.

24/7 Fit does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or clinical advice. If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • •The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • •24/7 Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • •Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • •Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
