24/7 Fit provides AI-supported fitness planning, workout tracking, and coaching tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate onboarding information so the app can generate a relevant plan.
• You must not share your account access or attempt to bypass entitlement, usage, or safety controls.

24/7 Fit is primarily offered as an iOS subscription through the App Store at the price shown before purchase, currently $24.99/month where available. Taxes and App Store terms may apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date. Some legacy web subscriptions may continue through Stripe during our transition to an iOS-first product.

If a trial is offered, the trial length, renewal date, and price are shown before you confirm. Access to paid features depends on an active entitlement from the relevant billing provider.

You can cancel an App Store subscription in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges or unused time.

App Store refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple policies. For web subscriptions or billing issues we can control, contact us at the support email below and we will review the request.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or exploitative activity.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit content that infringes rights or intentionally includes sensitive data unrelated to fitness coaching.

24/7 Fit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated plans and messages can be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified professional before starting exercise, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, pain, or concerns.

We may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24/7 Fit is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where 24/7 Fit operates, without excluding mandatory consumer protections available to you.
